I am a clothes hoarder. I have clothes from when I was 14 that I just can't part with. It is an awful mental thing to have as I am emotionally attached to every clothes item I buy. From the singlet top (which has lost all shape) that I bought on my first trip to the Greek Islands to a hand woven wool bag I bought in Peru (which I will NEVER use) I just can't let them go.
Years of my parents travelling and bringing back items from Europe - most look terrible on me but I am attached!
This has taken over my wardrobe and I know I have to let go.
My first attempt at decluttering is to buy new coathangers . It is a small step but might help...
Over the weekend we headed to a friends country house. With a house filled with brilliant company, lots of wine and delcious food, it was the perfect recipe for a weekend of constant laughter. A long lunch at a winery and endless dancing made for the ideal way to avoid the wooly winter weather.
Sitting at the office whilst my friends are frolocking through the warmth which is a European Summer has made me seriously jealous and dreaming of where I would like to be right now... Greek Islands or Sardinia please.
